Please change it so it shows the actual tipoff time. Currently it shows a countdown timer, but it's not labeled as such. It's odd and confusing and not helpful. ### 2/5 — Refreshing app needs improvements *2024-03-13, version 6.5* Nice little app, except to access Pistons tickets you purchased online. It won’t refresh over a week & I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app to see if it works. Only way for me to access my purchased tickets is the web version. A majority of the time you are completely unable to sign into ticketmaster to see your tickets. If you can email the section, seat number, and receipt, then you can email the barcode as well. There are too many steps to sign up, you HAVE to share information with ticketmaster to sign up, and it’s another password to remember. Some people don’t have enough memory on their phones for superfluous apps. Everybody doesn’t have a smartphone or are tech savvy enough to navigate the app just to access tickets. Some people just don’t want to be bothered. We already can’t bring purses or use cash at a game. Now we HAVE to use an app to get in? Deleting it as soon as they scan the barcode that can’t be screenshot ahead of time. ### 1/5 — Ticketmaster won’t link. *2023-01-06, version 1.3* So frustrating! Deleted and downloaded app, reset password multiple times as instructed, still says my email can’t be used to log in when I have absolutely no trouble with my Ticketmaster account! Framework issues. I have 250 notifications with no way to clear them, that’s an issue among multiple consumers. Just make sure you guys update the app regularly. You click on player roster and pictures aren’t loading, rosters not updated, etc. Easy fixes but they must happen. Problem is the box score has limited stats now. Can’t see key defensive stats, +/-, turnovers, etc. This app would be great with those stats.
