I do not believe the app is completely compatible with the phone. It’s a shame, but hopefully something that can be fixed. And, is there a way that I can access them again? ### 3/5 — Saving Photos Issue *2019-12-10* I recently discovered the photos section and was excited to find clear images from each of the games. However, anytime I try to save photos directly from the app, from any album, the app crashes and the photo is not saved to my camera roll. The whole “swipe up to control audio” almost never works, which means i have to either listen to a whole show in one sitting [usually not possible] or give up entirely. ### 1/5 — Piece of Crap *2019-09-19* This app by far is THE worse app I’ve had to deal with. For starters, I had tickets transferred to me, but for whatever reason when I tried to accept and log in, it instantly made me change the password before I could do anything and an error sign can up. I tried to live chat, BUT I couldn’t because I didn’t have an order details. What’s even worse, the 800 number doesn’t even work! (I called atleast 10x all day) It tried to connect the Jags app to my Ticketmaster app, and it went to HELL from there. When I finally got a working number, you already know they were closed for the day at 5 pm, WoW! So needless to say I probably won’t even be able to make it to the game Jags game tomorrow. TOTALLY DISGUSTING WITH THIS APP! ### 1/5 — Won’t refresh *2019-09-08, version 3.2* I have to delete the app and reinstall anytime I want to do anything with my tickets. It seems like you’re not listening to the other reviews. When connected to Bluetooth in my car and I start watching a video it some how goes to a phone call every time and completely shuts everything down. This app seems like it was made 10 years ago when you could have multiple apps open at once. Navigation doesn’t work. I get stuck on the comments view and can’t get off of it without removing the app and reloading. It asks me to combine tickets with my Ticket Master account but it doesn’t actually work.
