The Life Watch app can set a daily step goal and track the distance walked and calories burned. Record your daily sleep patterns, light sleep and waking status records, so you can better understand your sleep patterns and schedule your sleeping time. Life Watch app will allow you to make a phone call through your Life Watch device and notify you when you have an incoming phone call.
