Fixing this would be ideal, even better if you created an Apple TV app. ### 2/5 — Is it broken? *2026-03-17, version 1.15.1* For the last few days, I log in then get diverted to and stuck on my profile page. Love the calendar and layout but it’s very slow to get key info e.g line ups. Last season showed which TV channel games were on but that seems to have stopped annoyingly. In the top right-hand corner, select "Cup Scheme" from the dropdown menu. Choose the tickets associated with the Cup Scheme you wish to update.” When you log in there is no drop down menu with cup scheme Please do something sbout this ### 4/5 — Please do a dark mode *2025-04-23, version 1.12.0* Loved this app since day one and the improvements have been steady and regular, but please please please release the dark mode. Currently it’s also getting stuck if I go onto a product in the shop I can’t get back out by swiping back or tapping the trolley icon either, and also the videos rotate if I tip my phone the tiniest fraction… needs to be less sensitive! ### 3/5 — Persistent 404 page not found error *2025-04-01* Good content generally. My only gripe is the persistent ‘404 page not found’ error every time I select a notification. It’s an issue that has been evident for years. ESPECIALLY IN THE STORE. ### 2/5 — Exiting Picture in Picture restarts video from beginning *2024-12-20, version 1.9.1* Very frustrating as i want to love this app. Appreciate the recent updates, still some glitches with the picture in picture and also fullscreen with rotating the screen back again immediately when you tap it. Hopefully these are easy fixes ### 2/5 — Audio pauses *2024-12-07, version 1.8.0* The app needs to allow audio when the screen times out for match day. Other than that it would be a really useful app. ### 2/5 — Listening doesn’t work *2024-11-25* This app should do one thing really well: play the play-by-play audio of a live match. But it fails in the most basic integration with the operating system. When done properly, the audio can play if you leave the screen, leave the app, or lock the phone. The stream should never stop unless the user stops it manually. It’s outrageous to say I’m going to keep my phone on one app’s one screen for 90 straight minutes. Respond to a text? You have to miss the game. This capability has existed in iOS for… a decade? You should also be able to pause, and rewind too. Some of us outside the UK try to sync the local play by play with our region’s TV broadcast. This is very hard currently on the web or in the app. ### 3/5 — Log in issues *2024-11-20* When logged into the app. It seems like you aren’t logged in and the furthest you get to is the preferences screen You then go to your account to find your not even logged in. I have to enter ballots via pc as I can’t on my phone due to this technical issue ### 2/5 — Audio issues *2024-10-04, version 1.6.0* No audio on Eddie Howe press conferences via iPhone app but fine on the website. This is an intermittent issue which I reported many times previously. (Ps can you take Isak off the photos for this App on App Store) ### 5/5 — ⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️ *2025-06-23, version 1.12.0* Great app for an even greater team ### 5/5 — Good, but could be improved *2024-11-17* This is a good app, however it could do with some improvements. 1st of all, when watching a video/live stream, and if you wish to airplay it to another another screen, if you have your screen to automatically lock, then it will lock and turn the footage on the device it’s being airplayed too, unless you turn off auto screen locking. Other video apps do not do this. Additionally, there is no Picture in Picture mode, so you can’t leave the app and for the video to keep playing. I also think that there should be an Apple TV version of the app, and possibly one for other devices, like the Firestick.
