Sometimes I see I am logged-in in the main page, but I can’t watch the content in SpursPlay or in the online shop. At least I hope you can add a login button in the SpursPlay menu. And the user interface is not easy to use. It’s quite hard to access. I understand there are many parts in the app and developed by different parties but it quite confuses especially you want fans to use more of your app. The migration should be finished earlier, the app had been launched since few years ago. ### 2/5 — Please Improve *2026-07-28* Great content on the iPad, but the app desperately needs native video casting. Without a built-in Chromecast button, the only way to watch on a TV is via screen mirroring. Because of this, the match gets stuck in the iPad’s 4:3 aspect ratio on the TV screen—leaving huge black borders on all four sides instead of filling a 16:9 widescreen TV. Please add native Google Cast support so subscribers can properly stream matches to their TV! ### 3/5 — Update is missing lots *2026-07-01* I don’t like the update, the apps gone too simple. Almost back to spurs go days. We’ve lost so much information and strangely it’s a bit harder to find what we need being mainly on one long feed. Squad info is too basic, no transfer list, updating is delayed compared to other apps that have the information there immediately. We’ve gone backwards in my opinion. All the badges we earnt for loyalty have also gone. There’s not really any reason to have this app anymore because you should be reporting things before any other source. Always one step forward and two steps back with spurs ### 2/5 — New app is worse *2026-04-29* Making things worse for the fans who continue to support this club. UI is worse. Needs dark mode. What happened to all the SpursPlay content (Review show, midweek shows, etc?). Store navigation is much worse. But the biggest gripe by far is that video now stops playing on AirPlay when phone locks. Makes replaying matches on TV unusable - for paid subscription. Please do better, this was never an issue before. We’re still here supporting, but please pay attention to details and do better. ### 4/5 — Love the new update but… *2026-04-18* I really like the new update and look to the app but I do have an issue with it. With the old app, whilst I had the audio commentary playing, I could turn my phone off and the commentary would continue. Now with this update, I can no longer press play on the commentary and come out of the app or turn my phone off, which I should be able to do. I would like to be able to watch replays without the result being spoiled. Please find a solution for this. You could have an app setting allowing users to customize what they see, or maybe allow users to select the teams they want the replays for, so a link to the replay can be emailed when the replay is available. Now it’s slow, with an awful and outdated supporter club directory navigation tool, and clunky navigation. The app used to have a digital ticket reminder w photos that just disappeared. This new app wasn’t tested and surely doesn’t meet fan expectations or usefulness. It’s not visually appealing, intuitive or helpful in any way. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-04-23* The new app is awful! Getting to support club info is not intuitive. And the search feature is not helpful- continent, country city and you can only scroll to find it? Also the info is clearly over 5 years old for all the clubs. Why launch a new app when it hasn’t been tested? The main page interface makes no sense.
