## What is Official's Mindset?

Officials' Mindset is a mental performance companion built for sports officials.

Referees. Umpires. Judges. Linesmen. ARs. Rec-league rookies through pro and college veterans. The people who hold the game together.

Officiating is not the same job as playing or coaching. The mental load is different. The recovery cycle is different. The way you talk to yourself after a hard call is different. This app trains that specific work.

THE DAILY LOOP
- One call rep, confrontation simulation, or mental rep every day
- A 5-step pre-game stack: breathing, mechanics check, intention setting, rule-of-the-day, confrontation primer
- A 3-prompt post-game Officiating Log, private to you
- The Daily Standard: take a stance and defend it in 280 characters or less

THE SKILL TREE
100 nodes across five branches: Rule Recall, Composure, Communication, Crew Dynamics, and Fitness and Longevity. You climb at your pace.

THE ASSESSMENT
12 questions across three dimensions: speed of recall, composure, communication. Scored 0 to 100 each. Monthly re-takes so you can see the work moving.

CREW MODE
Create or join a private crew of 3 to 8 officials. Weekly leaderboard tracks Influence Points. No one sees the contents of your Log. The leaderboard is about consistency, not judgment.

ASSOCIATIONS
For officiating associations, leagues, and assigning bodies. Per-seat pricing starting at $1.99 at 25+ seats. White-label branding at 100+ seats. Admin dashboard, bulk invite, custom content packs.
