Sad

I’ve gone to cedar point all my life and my dad worked there In 1938. I bought a gold pass because I will go at least four times or more. It’s clean it’s fun There is plenty to do. My sad part of the day is how expensive food, drinks and souvenirs are. I refuse to pay $10 for a small fries. Potatoes are not expensive. I spent $27 on lunch because we split one lunch. Two people do not need the drink or food pkg. So many things are extra to do and the rooms in the hotel are outrageous. If you re rich you’re going to have a great time. If not sneak in food and use the drinking fountain. I remember the days when we took a cooler of food and drinks and ate together as a family. Hah I remember my parents getting in free because they weren’t riding rides. The rich owners couldn’t possible give up that much money now. Wonder if the stock has gone up proportionately with the prices. I wouldn’t know I can’t afford any. I’m a retired school teacher. Sue Yohe, Bowling Green
