## What is Offline POS & Billing?

Run your shop's till, stock and customer credit from one app — with no internet needed.

Offline POS & Billing is a point-of-sale and inventory app for retail shops, grocery and general stores, pharmacies, mobile and electronics shops, and any counter that sells by barcode. Everything is saved on your iPhone or iPad, so the till keeps working when the internet goes out.

FAST BARCODE BILLING
• Scan with a Bluetooth or USB barcode scanner, or with the camera
• Scan the same item again to add one more; no taps needed between scans
• Cash, card, bank transfer or split payments, with change worked out for you
• Discounts, price changes with manager approval, hold and resume bills
• Print receipts on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi thermal printers or with AirPrint, or share the bill as a PDF

STOCK THAT ADDS UP
• Products with several barcodes, categories, units (pcs, kg, litre…) and tax
• Print barcode labels, or create barcodes for products that have none
• Every stock change is recorded: sales, purchases, returns, damage, counts
• Low-stock lists and one tap to create a purchase order
• Import products from Excel, export stock, sales and purchases to Excel

UDHAR / CUSTOMER CREDIT
• Sell on credit, take part payments and advances
• Each customer's balance, history and printable statement

SUPPLIERS, RETURNS AND CASH
• Purchases with discounts and freight, supplier balances and payments
• Returns and exchanges against the original bill
• Expenses, opening and closing the cash drawer, Z-report

REPORTS
• Today's sales, profit and alerts on one screen
• Sales, profit and loss, stock value, best sellers, payments and more, as PDF

STAFF, SAFETY AND BACKUP
• Each cashier has their own PIN and permissions
• Every change is kept in an audit log
• Automatic daily backups, encrypted with your password, and optional backup to your own Google Drive
• Use the app across multiple iPhones and iPads in your shop.

SUBSCRIPTION
Offline POS & Billing is free for 14 days, no payment needed. After that, subscribe to keep selling:
• Offline POS Monthly — 1 month
• Offline POS Yearly — 1 year
One subscription covers all supported devices in your shop. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. If the subscription ends, nothing is deleted: the app becomes read-only and you can still view, back up and export all your data.
