Offline-Walkie is built for situations where the internet is slow, expensive, or unavailable. Chat with people physically close to you using a hybrid link: local Wi-Fi network discovery when you share a network, plus Bluetooth Mesh-style transport for nearby devices—so your messages can hop offline instead of relying on the cloud.

Chat & voice
Send text and voice messages in a clear, two-sided conversation layout. Messages are carried over the offline transport your phone can use right now, with delivery status you can trust.

Friends without a server
Add contacts face-to-face with a QR code or invite code—no account server required for the handshake. Your address book stays on your device.

Made for ships & travel
Use Deck to share deck level and area, and set rendezvous notes so family or crew can coordinate without roaming charges.

Privacy & security
Conversations use end-to-end encryption for payloads, and your message queue is encrypted (AES) on disk. You can clear this trip's history or erase all local data when you need a fresh start.

Smarter when you move
Optional motion permission can shorten Bluetooth discovery intervals while you walk—useful in corridors and large venues.
