OffLoc is an offline-first location utility built for moments when you don’t have service: hiking trails, backcountry trips, remote travel, or signal dead zones.

IMPORTANT GPS requires Location permission and may take time to lock depending on surroundings. 
Creating an SOS message works online; sending depends on your chosen messaging method and available connectivity. It is sending as a template with a emergency message and your maps location(SMS, Mail, Whatsapp, Telegram or any tool that you chose).
