## What is OffLoop：Pause Phone Habits?

OffLoop helps you pause before falling into automatic phone habits.

Instead of trying to quit your phone completely, OffLoop gives you a simple awareness gate before selected apps open. Choose the apps or categories you want to manage, set your own rules, and use focused modes for moments when you want fewer interruptions.

Key features:
• Add a pause or limit before selected apps open
• Create scene-based modes for bedtime, meals, and deep work
• Start quick focus sessions with adjustable duration and intensity
• Track impulses, successful pauses, continued opens, and focus time
• See weekly insights and high-risk time periods
• Keep records on device by default
• Use Apple Screen Time permissions, with rules controlled by you

OffLoop does not read the content inside your apps. It only records your choices at the awareness gate, such as whether you paused, continued, or completed a focus session.

OffLoop is built for people who want a calmer relationship with their phone: fewer automatic opens, more intentional choices, and practical feedback that helps habits change over time.
