## What is Offshore Fishing?

Start with a dented panga and a pocketful of gas money. End up running a sportfishing fleet.

Offshore Fishing is a saltwater career game about working your way up, one fish at a time. Idle up to the bait barge, load the tank, run the chart to the banks, and put fish on the deck — then sell the catch, upgrade your gear, and go farther offshore after bigger game.

RUN YOUR BOAT
- Helm your boat in open water with real throttle, trim, and swell to fight
- Read the chartplotter and sounder to find structure, temperature breaks, and marks
- Watch for diving birds and busting bait — the ocean tells you where the fish are

FISH LIKE A DECKHAND
- Troll lures behind the boat or slow-drift live bait at the stern
- Drop lines first-person: watch your rod tip, feel the bite, swing on the fish
- Fight everything from bonito and yellowtail to big bluefin on two-speed reels

BUILD THE BUSINESS
- Sell your catch at the fish market, buy fuel, bait, rods, reels, and line

Getting started is a lot easier now.

- New How to Play card and short in-game tips walk you through your first trip. Turn them off any time in Settings.
- The bait barge and the market dock are far easier to find: flagpoles and pennants, signboards, night beacons, and a proper pier at the market.
- The sounder now has a compass across the top showing your heading, the bearing to your destination, and how far to turn.
- A new floating horizon arrow points toward wherever you are headed. Color, size and opacity are all yours in Settings.

Your existing captains, boats and saves carry over.
