I have been consistent with using this app for over a month. We all know that trading is 90% mental. This app has allowed me to see my mental health and also physical state before trades, during and after.  Even on days that I tilt, i can record and go back to see my issues mentally. The meditative part of the app is a big driver. Thank you for being the first in this space to help us with this as traders.
