Because if you have a credit card from Oriental Bank pr it takes forever to merge or maybe Never will. We went personally in bank just for the Manager to tell us untruth that it will merge soon, Sadly 2026 and absolutely Nada!!! El texto de la contraseña “overlaps” con el del username cuando está grabado. 2. No hay opción de notificación push, texto o email para las transacciones como depósito directo, retiros o depósitos en las ATH/ATM y las transacciones con tarjeta. 3. Tener la opción de hacer transferencias ACH con otras instituciones financieras, como es de norma con los bancos de los Estados Unidos para no depender de People Pay o ATH Móvil cuando se quiera mover el dinero entre las cuentas personales. 4. Incluir las ATM de Allpoint en la sección de “Locations”. En general, deberían de promocionar que los clientes tenemos acceso a Allpoint. 5. Acceso a los estados de cuenta directamente en la app. 6. Segmentar las transacciones por ciclos y no desde que se abrió la cuenta. (“Activity”) 7. Opción del idioma español para la aplicación. 8. Aunque es Apple quién impone la restricción, si se puede presionar a que se puedan añadir las tarjetas de Oriental en Apple Pay fuera de alta conveniencia para muchos clientes como yo. 9. Por último, actualizaciones más frecuentes para una mejor experiencia. Ya va demasiado tiempo y muchas app de bancos y créditos tienen dark mode Segundo, el app es demasiado simple y no hay casi opciones para seguridad, para la cuenta o ver información sobre la cuenta. Es un app demasiado simple Como puede ser que Oriental con todos los años que tiene y tenga un app que parezca que sigue en beta, con lo poco que hay en esta app no entiendo por que dividen todo en diferentes tabs cuando todo se podría ver en una sola pantalla y solo accesar a todo dando a lo que quiero ver. ### 3/5 — Where is the credit card section? It’s a 3rd party APP that you have to call whenever your account gets blocked on the website!!! And it’s not American. They keep me in a horrible Lopping,Horrible customer service. El sistema no permite crear tu mismo el password cuando se comete un error de acceso en la plataforma. Si el cliente insiste que esta colocando bien el password en ocasiones lo bloquea y el cliente no podrá resolver el problema por el sistema ni por teléfono. Lo que es insostenible en el 2022. Me obligan a perder mi tiempo dirigiéndome al Banco y hacer fila para poder tener acceso a la banca mobil. Aun no estoy bloqueado y voy a entrar mi password que lo tengo apuntado que es imposible de fallar. Algo esta pasando con el sistema. The app does not work. 75% of the time it says it can't verify credentials and you have to log in and verify via text message again. Face ID and passcode don't work at all. The app is super retro, incredibly slow and the UI couldn't be more terrible, and there's very little you can accomplish. The desktop site is not much better. I can't even log in because the only authentication method I get is a phone call which I rarely receive. My account was also locked by their fraud department and I had to wait on the phone for 3 hours on several occasions and they never picked up the phone. I was only able to unlock it because I called the regular customer service line and they emailed them, twice before they actually got around to unlocking the account. This is my experience the first 5 days of banking (or trying to) with Oriental Bank.
