Ofis is your team's app: chat, meetings and tasks in one place. Open it and you already know how to use it, so your team gets started the same day.

TEAM CHAT
• Messages, photos, videos, documents, voice notes and video messages.
• Groups of up to 1,024 people, with topics, admins and permissions.
• Replies, mentions, reactions, polls and pinned messages.
• Scheduled messages and disappearing messages.

MEETINGS
• Voice and video calls, also in groups of up to 50 people.
• Screen sharing, raise hand and a host in control.
• Answer from the lock screen, just like a regular call.

TASKS
• Assign tasks to anyone in the group, with a due date and a reminder.
• See at a glance what you have pending across all your groups.

LIZA, YOUR TEAM ASSISTANT
• Sums up the meeting and hands out the tasks when you hang up.
• Tells you what you missed.
• Translates messages into each person's language.

CONFIDENTIAL
• End-to-end encrypted secret chats.
• No ads and no tracking across apps.
• Choose who sees your photo, your online status and your last seen.
• Export your data or delete your account from the app.
