They never added the deposit match that they advertised. There are better apps out there, avoid this one. ### 2/5 — Not happy *2026-10-03, version 1.0.33* Deposit $10 get $25 . Been 4 months and nothing. Customer service awesome but whoever they gotta tell to get my $25 bucks which I haven’t received do ur job . 5 star customer service. Management complete trash just like this company . Will change this if I get it . But if not overall yall are a 1. ### 3/5 — Interesting *2026-10-02, version 1.0.33* Will be great and hasn’t glitched yet ### 1/5 — Slow withdraws *2026-09-28, version 1.0.33* If you love a company taking your money and then holding it for a long time for interest on their end? This is your place! ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-09-26* for some reason its been 4 days now and my wallet is still “not set up”. I have contacted support 8 times now and they keep telling me to respond to their email. i have checked my email and every folder and have no emails from them other than when i deposited money. Im not sure what type of clown show is going on here but i have never in my life seen something as broken as this. How is my account still not set up? How can yall not send an email to the right email? How can i deposit but cant withdraw or place a trade? This is actually garbage. Now i have $30 stuck on here because support is incompetent and seemingly cannot help me. Doesn’t look like ill ever even be able to use this trash. 1/10 keep the $30 you greedy pigs. Update: was able to withdraw the $30 i deposited, but my wallet was still “not set up”. its been 2 weeks since i opened my account. Support once again tells me the email was sent to the correct email but i still have nothing from them. What an incompetent group of people. Never coming back to this headache. **Developer response:** Hello there! Our team would gladly take additional look into the account difficulties you have experienced on our platform. Stick to Kalshi, DraftKings, Polymarket, fanduel, novig, etc. Also, they don’t let you close your account. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2026-09-25, version 1.0.33* Don’t use this app ### 1/5 — Scam do not download only takes ID cards *2026-09-23, version 1.0.32* Took my deposit, Used passport to identify verification to withdraw, denied and won’t return my money even though a passport is a valid U.S. ID everywhere else. Sick company, ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-09-13, version 1.0.30* Please don’t waste your time, like I did I added money and won my parlay. Agent said I had to wait 3-5 days to verify it’s been over 10 days and still no money yet. Avoid this scam at all costs learn from me. ### 4/5 — review *2026-09-13, version 1.0.30* ok ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Use kalshi or polymarket instead *2026-10-24* The bonus for signing up is delayed. You get 25$ after satisfying the requirements and then 25$ after a week of getting the first bonus. You have to use the entire bonus at once otherwise you will waste the remainder which they will not tell you until it’s too late. Customer service will not help you. Use any other trading market as they will way more willing to make things right. **Developer response:** Hello there! We welcome you to get back to us via live chat and include the following code in your message: OG-27839. Our team will gladly take an additional look into your sign-up bonus inquiry and advise accordingly. Thank you. ### 1/5 — scam everything about is horrible *2026-10-24* where do i even begin i downloaded this app so i can get a bonus on another app and this app still never reviews anything. it takes days to withdraw and the bonuses i tried to bet on 5 minute bitcoin and they changed my slip to 15 minute bitcoin that was already at 1% and took my bonus away and said that i only placed 1$ and the rest of my bonus is forfeited and thats only 25$ bonus imagine if i had more money on this who knows but you clearly cant do anything about it because they change it to where you cant prove what happened theres so many better betting apps dont fall for the bonus theyll just find a way to keep it themselves **Developer response:** Hello there! Our team would gladly take a look into your bonus inquiry, as well as any additional concerns you may have and advise accordingly. Please reach out to us via live chat and include the following code in your message: OG-06083. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-10-12, version 1.0.33* They walk on college campuses and scam college students out of money places like GA state and KSU ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2026-10-11, version 1.0.33* Don’t waste your time and money ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-10-09, version 1.0.33* garbage app, i placed combo parlay, it takes all my money and doesn’t show it in my orders or parlay only my history, i can’t even contact support on the app. Where is my money??? ### 1/5 — Terrible support *2026-10-09, version 1.0.33* Support takes a million years just to respond. Not worth wasting your time on here ### 1/5 — DO NOT TRUST THIS APP WITH YOUR MONEY *2026-10-08, version 1.0.33* Absolutely terrible experience. $1,708.10 literally vanished from my account with no trades or withdrawals on my end that would explain it. I reported it immediately on September 30. It’s now been over a week and I still have no explanation, no resolution, and no timeframe for when I’ll get my money back. And before OG responds to this review with “please contact support so we can look into this” — I already did. Multiple times. I’ve gone through customer support, escalated it to their complaints team, and repeatedly asked for an update. Instead of telling me what happened or giving me a timeframe for when my money will be returned, all I keep getting is “we’ll let you know when there’s an update.” Then days pass and there is no word from them. At this point, it seems their support has become completely unresponsive to me. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable — I just want to know what happened to my money and when it will be returned. So this isn’t an issue of me not contacting support. I have contacted them repeatedly. The issue is that nobody is actually resolving it or giving me a meaningful answer. Over a week. $1,708.10 missing. No explanation. No resolution. No meaningful update. If you’re reading this, you shouldn’t trust this app with a penny, let alone thousands of dollars like I did. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-10-08, version 1.0.33* Been waiting over 10 days for my deposit to hit my account when it said “instant” still has not come. Use kalshi. Its the best This is a joke ### 1/5 — False Advertisement *2026-10-07, version 1.0.33* Do not waste your time ! the only player props they offer is NFL props and the lines are juiced. terrible app ### 1/5 — Scamming app *2026-10-06* I deposited money into the account but can’t withdraw and has you wait 3-5 days just to be able to withdraw the money you won sends emails saying account is cleared but locks it back up when you withdraw this is a scamming out because they don’t tell you or it’s not on the policy you have to wait 3-5 and for them to clear your account to withdraw but but when you deposit it SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT USE THIS APP **Developer response:** Hello there. We invite you to contact us via live chat or via https://chat.og.com/. Our team will gladly look into the withdrawal in question and advise accordingly. Please attach the following code: OG-33663.
