I spent a whole month going back and forth with customer service asking when the promo funds would land in my account. Everyone kept saying they don’t know and that there is no timeline. Finally, after a month of going back and forth I was told by August 11. Sure enough, August 11 comes around and no promo funds. I ask again and they say I was supposed to get an email and I needed to fill it out. Look in my email and I never received anything from them. No other customer support specialist ever mentioned an email to me. Shady how no customer support specialist ever knew the date of when the promo funds would land in the account. Even more shady how none of them ever mentioned an email to me until “after the funds had been distributed.” Stay away from this scam of an app ### 1/5 — Nefarious *2026-08-11, version 1.0.27* Terrible!!! Impossible to deposit and odds that are just ridiculous ### 1/5 — Promo Not Real *2026-08-11, version 1.0.27* I supposedly won part of the World Cup Promo and was told it would get deposited in my account, never did so I reached back out to customer service and they said I should have gotten an email. I checked my spam and deleted inbox too and nothing, they then gaslight me about letting the email link expire when no link was ever sent. It was a fake promotion that they likely didn’t want to pay out on. ### 1/5 — Does not honor promotion or deposit. Scam avoid. *2026-08-06, version 1.0.26* App took my deposit and never sent me an email saying it was declined. However, the charge went from pending to completed and I never received a refund despite support saying I have twice. Avoid at all costs do not use. You will have issues depositing, withdrawing and support will be unhelpful and you will lose money. I already wrote a review and somehow it is gone. Avoid this app. Use any other option that has good customer reviews. I’m a real person if you read this don’t use. Multiple 1 start reviews should be enough caution for any competent person don’t get drawn in by a terrible promotion they won’t honor anyway. App has no business being legal in places like NY.
