## What is Ogden Athletic Club?

The Ogden Athletic Club - CAC App is the key to simplifying your Club experience.  You can access the services you use in the palm of your hand. From member check-in to group exercise schedules by day, time, class type or instructor to tennis court bookings and so much more! You will be able to schedule daycare appointments; book lessons with a tennis pro; schedule an appointment with our in-house nutrition consultant; track your fitness goals. There are even educational videos on how to use the app.  You now have a one-stop spot for all you need at the OAC. 

App uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
Your Health sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.
