Vehicle condition reports

Record what a vehicle already looks like before you hand it over. Upload outline drawings of the car once, then mark the scratches, dents and chips it already has, with a note on each. The renter signs that they have seen them, and you both get a copy.

At return, there is nothing to argue about: the damage that was already there is on a document the renter signed. If a vehicle comes back the same as last time, you can reuse the marks from its previous report instead of starting again.

Use your own rental agreement

If you already have an agreement your renters sign, you can upload it instead of typing terms into ogeeda. Your document is attached to the signed agreement exactly as you wrote it, between our cover page and the signature page, and the renter receives one file. Upload a revision whenever you like - agreements already signed stay bound to the version they were signed with.

You can also set the title of the printed agreement and its accent colour, so it reads as your document rather than ours.

Tidier vehicle and customer screens

Reviews, photos and blueprints are now buttons in the header, each showing its count, so the details you actually edit are no longer pushed down the screen.
