You get access to more discounts, can heart items, request to be notified when things come back in stock, receive notifications (if you want to), can scroll through product thumbnail images without selecting the full product details, have quick access to order history, the rewards hub, and more. I was an Oh Clem lover before the app launched, and it’s honestly a great app, especially given how new it is. There are some things I personally think would improve the app (suggestions below), but overall lovvvvvve it! App Improvement Suggestions: - Ability to scroll to the top by tapping top of screen - Filters and sort by features for items in your favorites lists - Finish adding weights and dimensions to all products!! - When viewing item photos, swiping right on the last photo should loop back to the first photo - When I swipe left while looking at item photos, it goes back to the previous products page rather than the previous image like I’m trying to do - Show full order history, not just last month or however long it is in the app - Some products have the reviews that were submitted for other items, like they’re out of place - Ability to heart or mark a review as helpful - Ability to add a variant of a product to your favorites lists even if it’s out of stock (e.g., if silver is in stock but gold isn’t, then it won’t let me add the gold option to my list) - Some products are not organized correctly (e.g., hat, stickers, travel pouches listed under “Stud Earrings”; products unrelated to search terms come up; some items don’t show up under the section they should be in) - More photos of earrings on a person rather than compared to a dime - No way to filter by charms for chunky huggie hoops vs. thin huggie hoops ### 4/5 — Getting there! *2026-07-31, version 1.8* Overall a fairly easy shopping experience. Still missing some key features in my opinion, such as ‘save for later’ on the cart page. The category breakouts are helpful to reduce overwhelm & cognitive load when browsing. But it’s weird that there’s not an easy way to shop items that are on sale? I like the easy access to the rewards and my account. Very simple to ask for help and chat with a team member when needed. Not all products are up on the app, but they will be I am sure. Tracking notifications and easy order access. Menus are not hard to understand or navigate. Some pages load so fast you cannot read them, like the first login page to rewards. I’d like to have a second or two to see the information. I love this company and am excited they have an app! Well done! Keep up the good work! ### 4/5 — Functional, some bugs, overall decent app. *2026-05-24* I really like OhClem and have purchased many products! The app is serviceable. I run into regular issues where I am unable to drop down certain lists lower on a product page. For some reason the Home, Drops, and Shops page has been down (error message reads “something went wrong please try again) basically the entire times I’ve used this app. Some products don’t seem to work properly - for example there is no way to actually build your own “Necklace Clasp Pack” because the option to add items underneath the listing doesn’t appear on the page or in the cart. I do use the app for purchases - it is easy to add/remove items, put in discount codes (automatic discounts populate by themselves pretty consistently), the search function is decent and reviews under products are easy to navigate on the app, which I appreciate. I’ve never been able to see reviews when accessing the OhClem website on a computer. I really wish the app had the ability to filter by sale/discounted items, but the website doesn’t seem to have that option either. The integration with the service OhClem uses for their rewards program works well in-app. All in all - okay app, will continue to use. The cons haven’t really impacted my ability to shop and browse, unless I wanted to BYO my own necklace charm pack. I really hope they are able to fix the bugs soon. ### 4/5 — LOVE the Product *2026-05-19, version 1.6* Awesome products and outstanding customer service. I own several pairs of earrings and necklaces from Oh Clem and they have been awesome. I have metal allergies and I’ve never had a reaction to their metals. A stone fell out of one of my earrings and they replaced them within just a couple days.
