The concept is really original; I haven't seen any other game like this. But... it really is quite simple and gets boring after a few games. I would say that you need to begin introducing stuff to work towards. - So, maybe characters like different coloured giraffes? Maybe have it so that a purple fruit is worth, I don't know, 1 fruit and a yellow one is worth 10, and to buy a giraffe is 500 fruit. Or purple fruits are worth 5 and yellow ones are worth 50, and to buy a giraffe is 5000. - Themes. So, same deal as a different coloured giraffe, but the giraffe and background and lions are changed too. Maybe you could even change it entirely, so you are a caribou and wolves are chasing you in the forest or mountains or something (but I understand if you didn't end up changing the animals since this IS 'oh my giraffe') - Powerups to collect during a game. I don't see the point of eating a yellow fruit to get longer horns. Maybe have one that fast forwards time to night? Or a temporary fruit currency doubler? Or a temporary immunity fruit? Or a points doubler? - Permanent powerups. You would buy these powerups with fruit like you would buy a giraffe, and they give you stuff such as, I don't know, shorter days or more frequent powerups or something. Maybe you would even make it so that certain giraffes only have these perks, but it's your choice. - If you decide to listen to these suggestions, please listen to this as well: Don't introduce in-app purchases to remove advertisements! Actually, don't ever EVER introduce advertisements! I would understand in-app purchases to buy fruit, but if you ever add advertisements to the game I can tell you now I will be deleting it. Since the actual game costs money already, it wouldn't be fair to have advertisements as well! So, thanks for reading and I hope you'll take my suggestions into consideration. I like the game and I think it has a cool concept, but it really does need something to add depth, if you get what I mean :) P.S. Cute ! Addictive ! Just one more go please *2024-07-20, version 1.1.0* I am so pleased I rediscovered this cute game . It is incredibly good fun , given the simple gameplay and neat design ( you’re a giraffe running through the jungle, having to collect fruit, dangling from trees, whilst avoiding being eaten by lions ). There is no gore so this game is suitable for all ages ( I am 57 ! ) . I love the simplicity . Being dyspraxic I do struggle to coordinate with over complicated games , but this only requires one thumb ( or finger ) moving the giraffe - he can move back and forth a bit but it’s mainly his neck that needs to be manoeuvred. Collect the fruit , or , knock the fruit off to splat the chasing lions . It becomes easier with practice . Night time comes, and the lion sleeps tonight ! Unless you drop fruit on him then he’ll snap you up . I tend to watch for clumps of fruit to drop on lions and then you can catch 2 or three at once. I’ve only had the game reinstalled for a few hours but already reached the top 2% on one of the 3 high score tables. There are quite a few active players still which is good if you’re competitive . Relaxing gameplay ( given lions are chasing you 😄), cute, clear, uncluttered game interface , apt sound effects and flawless scrolling . Love it ! I hope some other folk find the game. ### 5/5 — Five stars! Other than that, it’s delightful. The controls are very easy to master. If you could add different skins and maybe different animals it would be more worth it.
