I updated it on 3/23. Still not working . Not even loading ### 2/5 — No lock volume limit iOS 15.2.1 *2022-02-13* Keep getting message to unlock volume limit, which is not available in iOS 15.2.1, so my device is useless. ### 1/5 — Nemchek lot of bugs *2021-06-09, version 5.2.9* Have to delete and redownload it to get it to work it freezes white screen after a day. Well maybe 1 out of ten times . It likes to pretend it’s a legitimate app by having a FAQ pop up after it won’t connect to the unit indicating we have to check settings to make sure the mic is on and allows connection. Sure , blame the user and device as opposed to fixing the bugs in the app. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2020-01-27* This app is unreliable and never worked consistently. After getting the new iPhone 11 less than a year after the first purchase . It may work “download” and connect after uninstalling and reinstalling more than 6 tines , but most of the time it doesn’t work at all. We paid a lot for the conductor ear clip to use this bogus app that doesn’t deliver. It takes several tries and minutes before it works properly. It is a medical treatment we need everyday. In the last 45 days the app has stopped working twice. Last time it came back to work after 4 days (it means we were all those days without treatment) now we are on the 3rd day without it cause it stopped working again. It keeps telling me I need to unlock the volume limit and it is useless because we don’t have a volume limit it has always been unlocked. We have 4 IOS devices and none of them work. The worst part is I try to contact the company and they never answer my emails. I need this resolved. We paid a small fortune for the device and the app keeps crashing every few months.
