Most top apps like this have a one purchase for lifetime that you can buy ### 4/5 — Mostly Good *2026-01-13* My job has our calendars locked down and can’t be shared or joined so I’ve struggled to remember things on 2 calendars. I love that I can just forward calendar invites and it adds them to a single calendar. I do wish I could see my whole calendar without having to go into the actual calendar app also. My ADHD brain struggles to have to go a bunch of places for things. Also, can you make the home page more of a dashboard? Calendar, lists, action items, etc? Again, as much in one place. I definitely don’t need all the ‘we can do this’ stuff on the home page. ### 5/5 — A+ *2026-01-08* This app has been a game changer in my life! This app should be two pages. A feed with all my stuff (reminders, calendar etc) and a chat. It feels like the app has no vision just random ideas ### 2/5 — Document scanner not that great *2025-10-25* This app said its most powerful feature was the document scanner, which scans the calendar of maybe a school or something like that. Anyway, I had a handwritten calendar in very well penmanship. I mean, it was my wife's handwriting, which is way better than mine, and it scanned it and got all the events wrong. And so it was weird because it wanted me to pay for their suggesting that this was their most powerful feature. And I said, no, and they said, are you sure? The app says, are you sure? I'm definitely sure. ### 2/5 — Annoyingly Difficult *2025-10-21* I wanted to love this app. But the developers failed on the most basic app structure - the dashboard interface. I don’t want my productivity app to look like my yoga app. Why the clunky stock photos? What really made the app unusable as a household manager is the inability to view my monthly calendar. Ohai can’t tell you anything about your schedule at a glance, unless it’s happening in the next week. You simply have to trust that once you tell it to add an event, it will 100% be there. Spoiler alert: it isn’t always. In the less than 24 hours since I’ve been using the app, I’ve needed support twice - once when my phone calendar wouldn’t sync with Ohai, and another time when email forwarding wasn’t working. So how can I trust that things are actually being added to my calendar? The only great feature is the document and email scanning. Ohai is great at recognizing events vs tasks. But when I add events on my calendar, I can’t ever see them again. So my daughter’s theme at dance class in 2 weeks is “spirit week” but I can’t prepare ahead of time because Ohai is so secretive about my calendar. So it’ll remind me about spirit week the day before? Not helpful. Unless the developers add a calendar view of some sort, this app has barely any functionality for a busy family of 4. ### 5/5 — Calendar scan is a game changer *2025-10-16* The feature that allows you to send a picture or email of complicated schedules to Ohai and quickly organizes those schedules onto your calendar is a legitimate game changer. I never even miss a theme day at my kid’s school now, let alone something actually important! It’s made staying organized so much easier. I have three kids and a full time job, there is a lot to keep straight and this really has been a valuable tool. Besides the incredible calendar feature, the reminders are also fantastic and so easy - because they are texts they work a lot better than phone reminders and they are easier to set. I’m excited to see what else you all can do with this product! ### 3/5 — I LOVE THE APP *2025-06-12* I Love this app…even though it’s been a bit glitchy at times. I want to give it a 5 Star rating but I think it needs a few bug tweaks. No matter what I’m keeping the app because I know it’s gonna improve. My calendar is always up to date and I set reminders for everything from medical appointments to reminding me what locker I put my stuff in at work! I can visibly see how my life and home is more organized since I started using Ohai. I use it for meal planning, shopping lists, packing lists, wedding planning, all manner of things that used to take up space in my head but now they don’t! I no longer have to fret about what’s for dinner or get surprised that the kids are out of school on a random Tuesday in February. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review but this app has really crushed the mental drain of having to remember and organize basic, daily tasks. It would set them wrong and remind me on the wrong days. I would ask to fix and it would say oh yes I will fix. But then it wouldn’t and we would do that over and over. It’s like working with Dory. I am a better personal assistant than this AI. They will spam your phone with SMS text messages with no way to opt out. I requested deletion of my account and I still get these messages daily. ### 1/5 — Everything is paywalled *2025-05-05* If you expect a handful of features for free since the app is for free- dont download and provide your info youll be disappointed. They first collect you phone number, email etc so they can continue to market to you before letting you know if you want even a single one of the features advertised you have to pay a hefty premium. All it does is facilitate adding stuff to your calendar for this fee- seriously not worth it. I never bought the membership so won’t speak poorly on its functionality- maybe its good. But if youre looking for anything free dont buy- youre getting walked down there funnel and will be continuously peppered with marketing even if you are 100% not willing to pay for a menial service like this. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for sharing your feedback - I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling frustrated by the paywall and limitations of the free tier. Ohai can help with things like coordinating group schedules, tracking events, setting reminders, scanning emails and docs for important info, updating your address book, sending cards, delegating tasks, supporting your goals, and even meal planning and grocery deliveries via Instacart. As a mom of three school calendars are insane and this solves it. While Gemini says it can do this it doesn’t. Plus all the other features.
