This is by far, the WORST app I have ever encountered!!! I don’t think I have ever even been logged into it once, and have had the app for over a year now. Because I CANT login no matter how many attempts and tries I have made. And they had the AUDACITY to take the websites portal away, and left us with this garbage. It’s like they do everything they can to avoid ever having to actually WORK!

Horrible, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from these people. I’ve tried to call and get help because the app doesn’t work for me and I’m treated like I’m a POS absent father. Absolutely disgusting, I’ve paid more than my fair share for 16 years. Please let’s make this smooth for the last cpl of years and then we don’t have to worry about it anymore.
