I put in my username and password but when you get to the authentication screen there is nothing, no number pops up through text or email to enter. There are no prompts to reset, all you can do is cancel and try again just to end up the same way you started. This is ridiculous. They said that this was supposed to be better. I use my iPad most of the time. ### 2/5 — Bugs Need Fixed *2020-01-01* When it functions properly it’s just as good as any other banking app. However, it seems like half the time I log in, it’s a different banking app for loans and not for my checking/savings accounts. I can’t view my balances or transactions at all. The website isn’t any better. And now that I’ve received one access code, there doesn’t seem to be an option to resend a new one. Not very good multi factor authentication.
