Won’t log me in no matter how many times I reset my password , It crashes nonstop, freezes every time I try to use it, and refuses to perform even the simplest tasks. I’ve tried every fix possible, and nothing changes. Right now, AEP is basically useless until the developers get it together. ### 2/5 — Unable to log in *2026-07-26, version 1.19.17* Can you take a look? I was unable to log in for the past week and could not review or pay the bill. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-06-28, version 1.19.17* App randomly forgets passwords and username. Ludicrous ### 1/5 — Terrible Bugs *2026-04-28, version 1.19.15* Trying to compare bills results in a Session Expired error every time. Login multiple times and it errors out. No ability to compare bills. So many bugs. ### 1/5 — Last update *2026-04-16, version 1.19.14* Ever since the last update I have to change my password every time I open my account. Such a horrible service. ### 1/5 — AEP *2026-03-26, version 1.19.13* No puedo abrir mi app ### 3/5 — Updated, now it’s not working *2026-03-23, version 1.19.13* I can’t get into my account after this last update. It’s saying it’s sending a reset option to my email but I am not receiving any email from AEP to reset. Please help ### 1/5 — Crooks *2026-03-20, version 1.19.13* They not only like to hike the rates every chance they get after bribing the Public Utilities Commission Ohio but they like to force you to get updates all the time and locking you out of your account because they have an app update they don’t alert you about. For all the money you profit off of us citizens, fix your app. ## Frequently asked questions about Ohio Power Company ### What can I do with the AEP Ohio app?
