Jeff Smith was my hero he took care of us from the time we started needing the bank for finances till he no longer did loans when he moved to different places we went rite with him. I would go by his window and wave at him the only thing. I wish is that he was still there. That all being said I wouldn’t go to another bank. When my husband passed he made sure every thing went smooth there at the bank I know this probably isn’t what kind of a review you were wanting but that is why I love Ohio valley bank and I now use Raymond when I need someone and I love Bailey in customer service she has helped me a lot. Some of us are far more of security experts than anyone at your bank or the app’s dev team. DO NOT FORCE US TO USE DEVICE PASSCODES!
