We got stuck in traffic that was beyond my control. I was trying to call and drive all at the same time . Breaking several highway rules to get my mom seen. Because I am the only person with her. We left in ample amount of time. (I guess I need to leave four hours prior to the scheduled appointment and just sit in the office until our appointment)! We were told we were past the grace period of 15 minutes when I turned on the road to drive back to the office. Do Doctors care anymore or is it just about the dollar?
