There is no decimal point available. Needed to see this doctor due to my mom’s failing health. We got stuck in traffic that was beyond my control. I was trying to call and drive all at the same time . Breaking several highway rules to get my mom seen. Because I am the only person with her. We left in ample amount of time. (I guess I need to leave four hours prior to the scheduled appointment and just sit in the office until our appointment)! We were told we were past the grace period of 15 minutes when I turned on the road to drive back to the office. Do Doctors care anymore or is it just about the dollar? Before my visit occurred a note appeared in my chart stating that I had been and it had a time I had been seen. I showed this to both the clinician who was to perform the procedure and also to the department manager. Never, ever, ever have I been able to send an email, ask a question of any doctor. The doctors office has tried to reset the app, have had been go in and recreate my profile - nothing. So all of the communication is to me with NO ability to respond. There is no chat, email or phone number to communicate with so I’m just using the app to get the information from my doctors. Very amateur for such an important app… literally every other app allows two-way communication. It is easy to navigate, my kids’ info is in it as well so their info is always close by when i need it.
