## What is OhmTrak?

This technology is based on the latest findings in neurology science, which found a clear and strong link between proper diaphragmatic function and correct reflex muscle activation. OhmTrak is a companion app to smart OhmTrak sensor(s) built into to well-received Core360 belt. The app was designed for fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and end users educated in principles of developmental kinesiology and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization.  It helps to track core activation level throughout various exercises - running, walking, bike riding, weight lifting, golfing and any other physical activity.
