Response from developer

FAQ

What does Ohmywishes do?

Ohmywishes is a service that allows you to create, organize, and share your gift wishlists with friends and family. It helps ensure you receive gifts you truly want and makes it easy for others to find the perfect present for you.

What are the main features of Ohmywishes?

Key features include the ability to add wishes to organized lists, share them, reserve gifts to prevent duplicates, discover curated gift ideas, and play Secret Santa. You can also customize privacy settings and receive notifications for important dates.

Is Ohmywishes free to use?

Yes, the service is completely free to use. While the app description mentions 'free with in-app purchases', it also explicitly states 'the service is completely free'. This suggests core functionality is free, with potential optional purchases.

Who is Ohmywishes for?

This app is designed for anyone who wants to manage their gift desires effectively, whether for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion. It's also beneficial for those who want to give thoughtful gifts without the guesswork.

How does gift reservation work?

When you see a wish on a friend's list that you want to purchase, you can 'reserve' it. This marks the gift as taken, so no one else will buy the same item, ensuring a unique gift for the recipient.
