We're on it, we don't want you hunting for another app either! ### 4/5 — I’m not able to make a subscription purchase *2026-05-09* I’m trying to make a purchase however the app pop up isn’t allowing me to continue and I deleted the app and redownloaded it but to no avail it’s not working and I’m not sure how to go about this. **Developer response:** Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the hassle! This was a bug in our subscription flow that was blocking purchases from going through, it's now fixed in the latest version. Just update (or reinstall) from the App Store, and you should be able to subscribe without the pop-up getting stuck. It’s very easy to use and makes pictures look wonderful. Recently it was crashing constantly, and after reaching out to the Instagram profile, the creators provided great customer service. Best regards, Ohrangutang Studio Team ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2022-05-24, version 4.1.0* The app itself is great for existing but it crashes every time I use it that I almost paid for nothing ### 3/5 — Mediocre *2022-02-08* I purchased this app quite some time ago, seems they continue to drive up the price mid subscription and since then the app has only gotten worse in quality. Constantly crashes, won’t upload my videos for editing, and when things do manage to upload, I’ll be working on a photo mid-edit and you have to start all over again because it double pastes a filter after you “flatten the image” and looks nothing like the filter. On top of the fact I’ve somehow been double charged for one app and TWO subscriptions for the last several months. Really unimpressed ### 3/5 — Good editing app *2021-08-21, version 3.2.0* I love this app, but it CONSTANTLY crashes. In the middle of an edit and boom, crashes. Once the bugs are fixed the app will be amazing. ### 4/5 — Good but some changes could make it great *2021-05-12* I like the app I use it a lot after I do my initial edits in Lightroom and makes it easier for a nice flare than pulling it into photoshop. My only complaints are I do a lot of editing on my iPad and it crashes a lot or freezes where I can’t get past the photo select screen. That and I wish it could rotate to landscape. The way the app locks into portrait mode is more of an inconvenience when laying down or charging while I’m editing. That and options for export would be nice such as tiff, jpg quality, original etc. small things that I know I would make me use this app more than just the occasional photos for my feeds. They also got rid of one of the best flavors (filters). Don’t fix what’s not broken...this app is all broken now. Saving your work...nearly impossible *2020-07-28* Only reason for 3 stars is that 65% of the time for editing photos you are lucky if you get to save the awesome work the app allows you to create. And 95% of editing a video...well don’t count on being able to save those. It’s like a sick joke allowing you to think oooo look at this, then boom crashes. 😭 woulda been perfect if you could actually save what you edit. It’s like you took everyone’s money and let this app burn.. ### 1/5 — Love app but it often doesn’t work *2022-08-30* I love this app so much and I have used it ever since it came out. However lately I cannot use it at all because every time I go to the filters section it just automatically closes the app. This is the whole reason I use it and there’s no support available, and when you try to click on apps support within the App Store it says cannot connect to server. IDK feels like the old version of the app was way better, plus it had a dark theme which was easy on the eyes and now everything is white.
