App kicks me out every time if there is an interruption in colouring. Please fix. I use an iPad. This has been going on awhile. ### 4/5 — This app is good/brilliant *2024-03-16* This app is good/brilliant .The feautures are easy to use . Pictures look realistic/ in real life when completed/finished .saving the finished art as a photo or video is a brilliant feature which is appreciated. Only suggestion I can think of to make this app even better than it it already is add more choices of subjects to colour in as oil painting 🖼️ as future updates for example . Intrest’s/ hobbie’s . Marvel, Dc, other comic book characters, and other comic book publisher companie’s. ### 3/5 — Too tedious *2023-08-14* App works fine and the art is beautiful. Unfortunately, there are too many ambiguous areas and way too many tiny white areas that either 1) you don’t know if it’s supposed to be white, 2) you already colored it a pale color but you can’t remember so you have to cycle through all the remaining colors you have to see if it will highlight, or 3) it’s supposed to stay that color and you’re scanning and tapping for nothing. You end up going over the same areas many times and that’s when it gets tedious. It’s supposed to be relaxing but this isn’t. It’s frustrating. There’s no enjoyment in the constant scanning and cycling repeatedly through the color strip at the bottom. No thanks. ### 2/5 — Agree that fix is needed *2023-01-02* Agree with the other reviewers that a fix is needed so that numbers can be seen on tiny areas when zoomed in on to the max. I paid for the premium level anyway because I really like the pictures and I needed unlimited hints. If this problem is fixed, I’ll give a five star review. ### 2/5 — What happened?? *2022-09-07, version 2.2* This was my favorite app…until it froze…and the only way I could get out of it was to delete the apps and download it again. And I lost everything…not only my pictures, but @2400 in coins. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing. ### 4/5 — Color by number *2022-04-07* I like the relaxing color by number. This app has nice photos to color. The help button is faint and I’ve not used it yet. However, the big complaint I have and reason for 1 less star is the very tiny spots that require color but are so small that even if enlarging the picture, you can’t see a number, and basically guess through process of elimination the color. Some of us have poor vision and this issue makes it harder to near impossible. I’d like to see this changed. Also with reduced vision it would be a nice option to offer a variety of colors as the clue vs. the grey plaid clue. Enjoy your game. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2022-03-27* The oil paintings are nice but how long did it take you guys to figure out how to jumble the lines just enough to make it almost ridiculous to find. There are fairly large areas that need painted but have no numbers and in the same painting you’ll have a microscopic pin head area with no number that has to be painted. Some I accidentally chose and do not wish to complete. Now I can’t even pull the app up. Just a white screen. If I stay on a painting to completion all is ok. Unbelievable how many, really. And the ads are longer and trickier to close than most others. I don't understand how this is considered paint by number. Sure the colors have numbers below but it seems it paints itself? Either way I deleted the app and kissed my dollars goodbye because i will not pay for something and then have to sit/click through ads. ### 1/5 — I can’t get a refund *2022-08-03* I paid $9.99 to be a premium member about 10 minutes ago. The collection area shows pictures that turn out like photographs after they’re done. However, they are locked even with the premium membership. But there is a $1.99 tag up at the top with no indication what that’s for. Does that mean I have to pay $1.99 on top of your one-time-fee to be able to get access to the pictures/collections that look nice? Plus, under the settings tab there is a contact us. But the contact us gives you no access to an email, phone number, or anything else that actually allows me to contact you. The end result is I tried to get a refund for this app I bought 10 minutes ago and it says this product does not give refunds. I’m hoping that you can fix this or at least explain to me what’s going on. ### 1/5 — NOT HAPPY WITH FINAL PICTURES COLORS *2021-12-28, version 2.2* FINAL PIC DOES THE EXAMPLE…VERY VERY UPSET. I will bow to your skill and just move on. ### 1/5 — Terrible Design *2021-03-03* I paint pictures alot and especially like the more complicated and beautiful oil paintings but this was ridiculous. I painted one and I'm deleting the app. If there are small white slashes in the painting that you cannot see a number when enlarged, it shouldn't require a color or be painted. I must've had 50 small white spots that had no number and you have to tap on every color you have left to see if it works. Not to mention, some of the white spots are meant to be left white and don't have a color. Ridiculous. If it's a color by number, all of the spaces need a number. It shouldn't be based on trial and error until you find one that works. Most people will have to use hints because it's not meant for you to find them all. Very poor design and disappointed. ### 1/5 — All it does is crash *2021-02-18* Okay! I have this on two different devices and all it does is crash!! I paid to upgrade and can’t really get a response from developer. Other than thanks for your feedback and we will check back later. I can’t get a refund until the payment processes. Even now as I write this I the app is useless. Often in the middle of a picture, it just exits and won’t reopen.
