This is a great app for keeping abreast of industry alerts! It does need a few minor improvements such as more information on about the moderator rating (and making the associated pop-up info stay up longer). However, I love the ability to filter by offshore/onshore, severity and in particular, activity/risk! Our company assigns risk owners who are responsible for monitoring efficacy of controls for their individual risks.It is great to be able to sort by the risk and see all the incidents associated with my controls. I hope the developer continues to invest in adding more incidence to the repository. The format is fantastic.

After only using the app for a few days I can already see many benefits and can only imagine how many incidents could have been prevented if more companies would use this app. It is very easy to navigate and search for items pertaining to the task or job title in which could benefit all users by viewing before a job is performed. By allowing this database to be accessible form a mobile device it allows viewing and creating lessons learned from anywhere.
