It took me to their website where I signed up and paid the annual fee. Now I can access the app. If I like it I will change my rating, but for now only adding one star bc it should have given instruction or been more user friendly in the beginning. So how am I supposed to log in? I opened the app and found a log in screen but there’s no way to create a username and password to use for log in credentials. ### 1/5 — Unable to use *2019-08-03, version 1.3.1* I downloaded the app but cant use it. I opened the app and it had a login page, which I wasn’t expecting but I assumed it would be my YL login. Nope. I try forgot password and it says login not found. So I go to app support since there’s no sign up option on the app. I find the sign up in app support but find I have to pay for a subscription. I open the app and there is a place to type my email address and password. And a link to click if the password is forgotten. There were no links to create an account just a link to press if you forgot your password. No instructions or anything. Oh well! DELETE! I download the app and I get a login screen, but since I don’t have an account I’m stuck with the useless app. Unless I want to take additional time to go out and find it on social media, email you for instructions or Google it to set up the account, seems kind of backwards and misleading. Am I missing something? ### 1/5 — important price information forgotten *2018-12-31, version 1.2.8* I read the reviews and loved the pictures and what this app could do so i downloaded it. Upon opening the app the first thing it asks for is your Username and Password. No where on the opening screen gives you the chance to sign up or ask for help other then the forgot password link. I went back to the App page that i downloaded it from and saw nothing about this issue. I finally selected the App Help and it took me to the website for the App. It was then that i discovered that i have to pay for a subscription to us this app. Why not just make that clear from the get go and not waste my time. I downloaded the app because it seems amazing and there’s no in app sign up or instructions, which is annoying and inconvenient. I went to the developers site and found out it’s $1.99 or $19.99....what?! No thanks. I Google the name and viola! found the site and YES there are 2 options to join and both are not free. Stop advertising as free and do disclose that there are in app purchases to be made. All this sunshine-y positivity doesn’t make me happy. ### 1/5 — Purchase Neccesary *2018-07-11, version 1.2.4* Unfortunately, it is never mentioned on this app’s description or anywhere before you download it, but there is a fee. It’s a monthly or yearly fee ($20/yr as of 7/10/18) and is due at sign up. WHICH you have to go online, not through the app, to sign up. That was also never mentioned anywhere. I would have loved to have an inventory app, but definitely not for that price. ### 3/5 — very useful but crashes constantly *2018-06-27, version 1.2.4* I love this app. I love the ability to track both open and unopened bottles in multiple locations but this app crashes constantly. I honestly have no idea where I can get a login and password. After downloading the app, I opened it and it immediately takes you to a login screen. I've seen this before, so I looked for the first time user or new sign up button. There was no such thing. So I tried to put in an email and a password as if I was signing up new, thinking that must be the process. Nope it told me "user not found." I looked for a menu or a help of some kind, but the only other click able thing was forgot password. At this point I figured, why not try this. Of course, I got the same user not found error when doing this. I now have zero idea how to actually open the app. Definitely frustrating. Also, the wish list is my next order. I no longer have recipes all over the place. They are all here in the app too! All for about $2 a month or $20 a year. So worth it! ### 5/5 — Love this app!! *2018-05-13* I love this app and he fact that I can enter my inventory as I get it every month and then also I know what I have on hand very quickly!! You can also add in all your favorite recipes instead of keeping them in a recipe box!! Then you want to make notes on what you want to use an oil for?? I store all my essential oil recipes in it, it makes it easy to share great recipes as well! I keep track of my growing inventory so I don’t order what I already have. It’s a Great reference to all Young Living Essential oils and their uses! I also keep my wish list in there, ready for when I’m doing my monthly order. This app is easy to use and you will have info at your fingertips after you load your personal inventory, recipes, wish list, etc.. It has been very beneficial to me and my need to look up a product for a customer and know immediately if I have product in hand or if I need to order it. I have stored hundreds of recipes that I can pull up in an instant to use myself or share with my team. I have my entire inventory stored so I never accidentally order a product I have on hand. I keep a running list of items I need to add to my essential rewards order every month. The list goes on and on of all the ways I use this app daily!
