## What is OIT Patient?

The OIT Connect patient application allows you to have an active role in your Oral Immunotherapy (OIT) treatment and communicate with your medical provider’s office.   

- Manage and track Oral Immunotherapy doses from home
- Reaction Documentation: The OIT Connect patient application makes it easier to track patient progress during at-home maintenance dosing. With standardized questionnaires, patients can report any minor reactions or let their providers know things are going well.
- Continued Communication: Patients can stay connected to the practice from home. Engaged patients experience more effective OIT treatment. Monitor progress and ask questions through the patient OIT Connect application.
- Appointment Management: The OIT Connect patient application tracks previous and upcoming appointments.
