It never allows you to log in. I’ve set the face recognition and it never works either. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Needs a major update *2020-09-01, version 30086* The app constantly logs me out then will not accept my login credentials. It is very outdated and frustrating that I cannot view multiple accounts on one screen. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2020-08-28, version 30086* This app consistently logs me out and doesn’t accept my correct login, even immediately after I reset it, which I have had to do 10-15 times, since that’s the only solution anyone with this company has offered me, despite it being futile. I haven’t been able to see my bank account information in months without going into the bank in person and checking my balance. ### 1/5 — Crashing--always *2016-12-30, version 10015* If the app isn't crashing it's glitching. I'm beyond unimpressed. I've had to deal with "security" breaches to my account many times because the app glitches and doesn't accept my password. My usual password will suddenly be incorrect and I'll end up having to reset my password in a long painful process that involves a bunch of employees who all tell me different things and are overall unhelpful. Oh, and if you're traveling you won't be able to reset your password on your smartphone, even if you have wifi. Smart. I wish there was an option to reset my password on my own so I could skip jumping through all the hoops....or the app could just be designed better. **Developer response:** We apologize for your poor experience in the past. I am glad they finally got mobile deposit. It has got better with some of the last few updates but it is still pretty touchy.
