MAGAZINE ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR EFFORT ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money! *2019-08-02* Like many other reviews on here, I have been unable to access the magazine read/download for over a month - I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, restoring purchases, re purchasing etc but nothing works and it’s very frustrating!! I pay for a monthly subscription and I have forgotten my password it seems as I can't log in, so I click on 'forgotten password' and it kicks me out the app every time. I wish I could give it no stars ### 1/5 — Can no longer access Subscription due to developer Pagesuite *2020-07-28* I used to enjoy years of reading through the Ok Magazine, but the last year has been a nightmare, I endorse everything the 1 Star reviews have said. You cannot login / access the magazine as Pagesuite developer access does not work time and time again. Restore purchases and login fails. I have been told by Pagesuite that I can click restore purchases and a box will appear to enter my Apple ID and password - GUESS WHAT - the box does not appear, so game over. I love this magazine but out of nowhere to access the subscription I needed to logon. I couldn't remember password so hit forgot password. I ended up going round in a vicious circle and got nowhere. You contact support and they are as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Don't use them! I can't get a refund through apple either! Not impressed at all! ### 1/5 — Useless!!! *2020-01-26* A totally and utterly useless app. Not Apple’s fault it’s all to do with the pagesuite team for OK MAGAZINE - They simply do not care!!! Had subscribed to this for 6 years with no problem-now for the past year non stop problems with have to log in with failed passwords and unable to access the magazine. When you talk to pagesuite they eventually send you an even newer password then the whole thing happens again a few editions later. I have now completely taken this app out of my life because it has been so stressful. ### 1/5 — Crap app *2019-10-13* Automatically renewed my subscription on iTunes, but the app now asks me to log in but fails to recognise my details. Apple blaming Pagesuite, Pagesuite blaming Apple. Won’t download. Wants you to subscribe again or buy single issues. Have had to un install and install a number of times. I have an email address and I keep being sent new passwords that don’t let me access either. I have switched my phone off and powered up.
