I like how the phone number at an international airport only has Spanish options. Also, when entering my booking number over the phone it says it’s not correct. I’m looking at the booking number now. Why is technology so difficult for these guys?

App semplice e molto intuitiva ma ultimamente quando seleziono il metodo di pagamento mi da errore ( ho provato vari metodi carta,paypal,applepay) mi da sempre lo stesso problema e purtroppo ho dovuto prenotare dal sito online quando invece dall’app ci sono degli sconti che non ho potuto applicare

Cars reserved as “Peugeot 208 or similar” in reality were Chinese MGs.

I booked a car through this app for 99 euros, with Basic Cover included. At pickup, they silently added 216 euros for Premium Insurance without informing me. When I asked for a refund, they refused and gave contradictory reasons. This app is linked to a dishonest and aggressive upselling practice. Be careful!

I have payed for the top rental option, a BMW with premium coverage and “digital key”. To start with- the digital key was not available due to a fault in the system, as I heard. So despite having payed for fast track, seamless service, I had to cue for 30 minutes to get the car keys. When I tried to extend the car hire by phone they told me I need to come to the office in Malaga Airport which is a two hour drive back and forth, plus the time it will take me to get a new car. Avoid.

We’ve used this company for years, but will never again.
They are now a rip-off company.
They make you wait up to an hour to get your pre ordered car at the desk. They push push push their fully comp insurance and scare you by suggesting if you damage the car you’ll lose about £1200 off your credit card. You keep saying ‘no’ - they keep hard selling. We watched half a dozen ppl cave in and spend 450 €  on their fully comp insurance, just to get away and get their car.
We had paid 6 months in advance at time of booking. They said they had no record and we’d have to pay…again!  But we had photo copy proof saying we’d paid. 
We’d taken out an offer for free 2nd driver insured. They flatly refused! Over and over, then we found the deal on our photocopy and proved it yet again!
They told us our 12 month car rental insurance we’d taken out in the uk was not accepted and we’d have to pay their insurance … we refused. 
Queues were getting longer, stress and pressure had the potential to cause a stroke to my hubby who has very high blood pressure. She spoke to her boss next to her who told her to accept it. 
She had one last attempt and screwed us for over £40 with a warning that we had no roadside assistance if we broke down or flat tyre. I caved in and paid it!
I told her she’d scared us, she smiled and apologised smugly!
They target older ppl without doubt. We could not have been more prepared for this battle and were adamant we were not going to pay them a euro more…
Such a bad experience. Always long queues always the pushiest rental company .
Then no help finding the car. Man in office busy on phone, couldn’t be arsed to help.

If you pay their top fully comp insurance you get served from the left side ‘fast track’- but at €450 they can stick it!
Never ever will we use them again!

Die Verwaltung der Buchung und auch die Verifizierung für Fasttrack ist einfach nur schlecht. Wir haben es mit mehreren Geräten versucht, funktioniert nicht. War das letzte Mal das ich bei OK gebucht habe. Bei der letzten Buchung hatte ich auch schon Probleme. Da kam dann 1 Jahr später (!) erst die Bestätigungsmail das ich den Wagen zurückgegeben habe. Furchtbar 🤮

J’ai reçu une contravention de 50€, une fois reglés et le justificatif envoyer il me demande de payer en passant par leur plate-forme ok mobility et l’amende passe tout d’un coup a 100€ !!! 

Malgré que j’ai payé sur le site officiel du gouvernement espagnol il continue de me reclamer une somme que j’ai payé !!!!

Hola el peor servicio recibido de nuestras vidas faltas d respeto el trato la educación no te ayudan son frías bordes te intentan estafar para que pagas todo o incluso si pueden de más no te explican nada no te ayudan ni acompañan a recoger tu vehículo apáñate las chicas super bordes no repetiría ni aunque tuviera q alquilar el coche para llevar a mi madre a urgencias así que imaginaros no creo que todas las sucursales tengan este trato pero desde luego que donde fuimos nosotros FATAL. Tengo tanto que decir pero voy a callarme esperar y reclamar lo justo y si hace falta tomaremos medidas legales que ni la hoja de reclamaciones les pedimos porque era vergonzoso TODO el trato servicio comunicación etc no hicieron nada bien solo vernos cara estupidos intentar estafar y encima mentirnos en la cara así que cuando queráis alquilar un vehículo desde luego que está agencia no o al menos no en Madrid Chamartín pero os digo q hablamos por teléfono con varios agentes y son todos igual te intentan estafar para q Pages de más y hacerte el lío de verdad En resumen MI OPINIÓN ES QUE OKMOBILITY ES UNA ESTAFA VERGONZOSA no hablo de todas las sucursales pero la de Madrid en Chamartín LA PEOR dos chicas super amargadas maleducadas ordinarias fatal fatal no repetiríamos nunca antes andamos 2000km antes q alquilar en esta compañía
