This app is so useful with the new updates! I love being able to search for the content I need and it’s literally saved me in some situations when I needed help! Great app!!

I love using this app and I never thought I would! I’m not someone who talks about how I feel and when I am down I just get on with it and keep it inside. After a friend recommended OK+ to me I thought I would give it a try. At first I thought it was ok, but only when I started getting the daily nudges and I started journaling how I feel did I discover the true power.  This app is like a secret diary on my phone. I love it.

Found this app really user friendly. I like how it helps me keep track of my mood to help identify potential triggers and that I can also use this to feedback to my workplace in real time, rather than waiting on the next employee survey to come out.
