Bought my okai neon pro 2 right from bestbuy 2 years ago, it has always said already bound for me which never made sense kinda waited for updates on the app to be fixed but no resolution has been made I try to “merge” accounts and then after I put in the verification code goes right back to saying it’s bound already. It’s a great scooter I’ve always loved riding it but I was really hoping to see all the cool stuff on the app first hand. Especially for a scooter brand new cost close to a grand🙁 if anyone knows how to help I’d love to take suggestions 🙏

I woke up gonna go for a ride and it won’t let me connect to it on the app so I don’t know what percent I’m at also it’s on locked and eco mode and when I try to connect it says vehicle is bound.

Honestly, I love my scooter, the OKAI Neon Ultra, BUT there’s a few problems in the app, and the scooter.  

First off, the app should allow a LOT more dashboard styles, I hate being restricted to dark, light, and Christmas.  It also needs a setting for the lights to have them just neutral and not breathing or meteor all the time.  It desperately needs a way to connect to the scooter other than Bluetooth, because anybody could find the scooter in the vicinity and unless I lock it up with a chain, they can connect and take it.  Lastly, PLEASE add cruise control and exact battery percent on the dash board, I hate having to stop to check my phone to see my percent battery.

Secondly the scooter, the rear fender is flimsy and the screws fell out, so it’s basically un-usable in that regard and I get mud all over me when riding. 

A response at least would be appreciated.  Thanks.
