### 1/5 — Crap

*2019-05-14, version 3.9.6*

I don’t know what eight-year-old designed this app, but trying to submit comments with images attached is practically impossible!

### 1/5 — App does not work

*2018-07-31, version 3.9.6*

Report action center items via the phone.

### 1/5 — A new app great... So excited

*2016-06-02, version 3.8.1*

Why didn't they release an update to the existing one OKC gov. OKC connect sounds more like a dating app. How much more money did we spend for the new one. Hopefully none.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not worth the time at all

*2024-07-03, version 4.6.0*

This app says it can do a lot but I have not successfully been able to submit one request and then it ceased to work. Make updates on this app bc it’s not great at all.

### 1/5 — Half A(pp)

*2024-06-26, version 4.6.0*

It seems like half the time the app doesn’t work—won’t allow requests to be submitted and could use an overall improvement.

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2024-01-31, version 4.3.0*

It’s been three hours since I requested a password reset and there’s no response. Need I say more?

### 1/5 — Typical government

*2023-04-28, version 4.3.0*

The app interface and purpose is great, however over half the time you can not submit a report.

### 1/5 — Not working

*2020-12-09, version 4.1.2*

Same issue as above. It use to work great, but since the new update; I can’t log in or submit a complaint.

### 1/5 — Does not work.

*2020-12-07, version 3.9.6*

The app crashes as soon as I open it. So the app is useless being it will not stay open.

### 1/5 — Useless App After 2020 Update

*2020-12-05, version 3.9.6*

App use to work just fine before some update was pushed in 2020. Now it just crashes whenever you do anything in it. Don’t waste the storage space on your phone. (Plus, the city was never too responsive in the app on certain things anyway.)

### 1/5 — When it works it is useful.

*2020-11-26, version 3.9.6*

When it worked I would have given it 4 stars. But something has happened and I cannot get logged back in to report anything. The latest update messed everything up. Please fix

### 1/5 — App No Longer Works

*2020-11-25, version 3.9.6*

The app opens for a second. It then force closes after the prompt to allow location and notification services. If force closes when selecting Allow and Don’t Allow.

### 1/5 — App crashes/Last update was for iOS 10

*2020-11-09, version 3.9.6*

The app has not been updated for 3 years so it doesn’t load and just crashes.

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Thanks for fixing the app!!!

*2020-12-10, version 4.1.2*

Thank you OKC for fixing the app. Love the new design and amenities. It is fantastic !! I would recommend this to any OKC resident. This app allows you to report, or gives you the information, to report practically every possible situation that may arise in day to day activity. This app also enables you watch City Council meetings both live and after they happen via the Channel 20 Live feature. This app has features that can help you get acquainted with OKC, or for a longtime resident, get reacquainted or discover new things. This app is great for Garage Sale shopping because it has a feature that enables you to see every permitted Garage Sale in the city. In addition to all of the aforementioned benefits the interface of this current version much better than in the last version’s interface was. You can probably knit-pick this app like you can any other, but as of this most recent update the app is phenomenal!

### 5/5 — Awesome that the city has this.

*2019-10-10, version 3.9.6*

I haven’t had issues with it. Have used it a couple times to report some stuff in my neighborhood and it’s worked fine for me!

### 3/5 — The Wall Has Come Down

*2018-08-05, version 3.9.6*

I gave it three stars because it looks like they resolved the frustrating issue I had with the app, where after my initial attempts to submit a report failed, I would select random locations that I knew were within the city limits and THEY still came back with an "Outside of Oklahoma City Limits" message.

Whether OKC resolves the reported issues is a whole different subject, though!

### 2/5 — Continues to say enter valid address

*2022-10-17, version 4.3.0*

I did

### 2/5 — Unable to submit feedback

*2022-06-30, version 4.3.0*

Good idea and fairly nice UI for what it is.

Just can't submit feedback after creating a new account in the app.

Ended up emailing the city instead.
