Load, rename, or delete saved setlists anytime; your current playlist still keeps its order automatically between sessions. • Fixed a stuck-note bug — some songs could get a single note stuck ringing continuously through the rest of playback. Fixed. • Real VU meters — the mixer's level meters now reflect actual note activity as it plays, instead of a simulated animation. • Much faster large-archive import — importing big combined song packs (tens of thousands of files) that previously could take an extremely long time now completes in a practical amount of time. ### 1.8 — 2026-09-27 • Fixed an audio playback bug where certain electric guitar sounds (overdriven/distortion patches) could play at the wrong pitch alongside the correct note — replaced the core MIDI playback engine to fix this properly • Fixed the stem mixer showing wasted empty space below SOLO/MUTE on iPad in portrait • Fixed the song search field sometimes not responding to taps on iPad in portrait • Fixed lyrics briefly appearing oversized right as a song starts • Added open-source acknowledgements (Import → Acknowledgements) ### 1.7 — 2026-09-26 • Redesigned the chord and lyric display for easier reading on stage, with a bar/chord grid that now always shows — even before a song's lyrics start • Fixed playback freezes and a missing first note on some songs • Fixed SOLO/MUTE mixer clipping across all devices, and reclaimed wasted space in the stem mixer for bigger, easier-to-grab faders • Added quick tap-to-set BPM, a mixer show/hide toggle, and a cleaner two-row control bar • Song key now shown in the landscape song list; added song artist display • Fixed Wireless Display picking the wrong soundfont on the first song, and a black-flash glitch on the external display photo background • Added "Delete All Songs" to Manage Songs, plus swipe-to-delete and a delete option in the song list • Fixed silent/failed imports for some compressed song packages ### 1.6 — 2026-09-25 • Added support for Compressed file karaoke library import — archives that previously failed to import now import correctly. • Fixed importing archives stored on cloud drive that hadn't finished downloading. • Clearer error messages when a folder or archive doesn't match a supported karaoke library layout. • Various stability and wording improvements. ### 1.5 — 2026-09-21 • Fixed audio playing with no soundfont on the very first song when AirPlay is already connected as an external display — playback now uses the correct instrument sounds from the start • Fixed a brief black flash when selecting a background photo for the external display • Added an option to show the song artist on the external display (alongside the existing song title option) • Mixer (Solo/Mute) can now be shown or hidden in portrait mode, just like landscape • Redesigned the portrait top control bar into two rows so every control is easier to reach without sliding • Tap the BPM display to type an exact tempo instead of only nudging it in small steps • Improved chord display: bigger, clearer text with consistent sizing across the current and upcoming lines ## Apps similar to OkeDoke Live | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Custom Crosshair Pro Aim V2](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/custom-crosshair-pro-aim-v2/id6783525126) | 5.0 (2) | Free | Entertainment | | [MVTV](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mvtv/id512897702) | 3.0 (1) | Free | Entertainment | | [Voice Changer - Funny effects.](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/voice-changer-funny-effects/id1559225574) | — | Free | Entertainment | | [Spin the Wheel - Picker App](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/spin-the-wheel-picker-app/id6753682186) | — | Free | Entertainment | | [VIPA](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/vipa/id1472510460) | 3.7 (7) | Free | Entertainment | | [Aquarium 3D: Live Wallpapers](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/aquarium-3d-live-wallpapers/id1623204715) | 4.5 (940) | Free | Entertainment | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
