It took 1.5 months and 20 back-and-forth emails with the OKIDO help desk to receive the first issue of my monthly subscription. I live on Manhattan. And just when I thought the shipping should will be smooth from now on, the help desk said it was going to send a replacement for the second issue as it had not arrived on time. I asked about refund policy in an email after these terrible shipping experiences, OKIDO went ahead to cancel my subscription without my consent, promising refund for the remainder. I’m fine with that, the only issue is I still haven’t received any refund ten days later, worse, OKIDO hep desk won’t reply to my emails.
