Does not work at all. Probably using all the information you try and use to sign up in order to access your accounts.

It doesn’t like any password that I try to put in and it does not tell you the password parameters so I’m just guessing and after five tries I give up. Is it supposed to be numbers? I tried that.? Is it supposed to be letters caps, no caps I tried it all.
I would like to be able to use this app, but if I don’t hear anything soon, I am deleting it

Poorly designed set up process. Has a count down timer showing expiration of verification code. That plus privacy policy can’t be accessed but must be agreed to is a problem. Make privacy policy clear. Improve set up and get rid of counter. Makes it seem like you have something to hide

Seems to be a scam, will not connect no matter what you do and requires you to create an account and log in. Don’t trust it.

Bluetooth issues -
My bed model only has bluetooth as an added component (no wifi). The phone app does not keep bed connection on bluetooth when it closes, so I have to reset every use or leave it open. The watch app doesn't connect at all without WiFi.

Instruction issues -
The voice command title is in Chinese, timer menu misspells “repeat,” and  some buttons only have abbreviations. There is no help text and some settings are not clear how to operate. 

Still, the phone app is clearer than the manual and remote. And while the watch app is useless without WiFi bed connection, the Siri commands do work through the Apple Watch Shortcuts.
