## What is Okko Tasks?

Okko is a personal task manager built around one idea: adding a task should be as fast as saying it.

Say "call the client tomorrow at 5 pm" and you're done. Okko extracts the title, the time and the tag on its own, and only asks when something is missing. Arabic or English.

With your team
- Create a team and invite people with a QR code or a link — no accounts, no passwords.
- Assign tasks to members from the task screen and see who finished and who is blocked.
- A leader can let a member assign on their behalf.

Add by voice from anywhere
- Siri: "Hey Siri, add a task in Okko".
- Amazon Alexa: link your account with a pairing code, then say "Alexa, ask Okko to add ...".

A buzz, not a noise
- A silent vibration at the task's time, no sound.
- Repeats every 2, 5 or 10 minutes (your choice) for as long as you set, until you tap Done or Stop.
- Done / Snooze / Stop right from the notification.

Your day as a timeline
- Today's tasks ordered by hour with a live "Now" line.
- A 30-day horizon: recurring tasks show their upcoming occurrences, overdue ones get their own section.
- Simple tags: Work, Home, Friends, Life, Health - and your own.

Recurring without the hassle
- Daily, weekly, monthly, workdays or custom days. Completing a task creates the next one automatically.

Calendar events become tasks
- Import iPhone calendar events (iCloud, Google, Outlook) as tasks with the buzz; they update when the event changes.
- Optional Microsoft 365 connection to read your work calendar directly.

Add from anywhere
- Siri: "Add a task to Okko".
- Action Button: one press to speak.
- Widgets on the Home and Lock Screen.
- Share any text from WhatsApp, Messages or Mail to Okko and it becomes a task instantly.

Privacy first
- Your data stays on your device; iCloud sync is optional and lives in your own account.
- Optional passcode lock with Face ID.
- No account, no tracking, no ads.
