Often this app is not working.

Usually the app works great, but here lately (past two weeks) I’ve been getting application issues where it says it can’t display my accounts with a red triangle and a white exclamation mark in it. Usually happens in the morning. By the afternoon it goes back to normal, but I don’t appreciate not having access to my balances at any time.

Update: now I can’t even get past the login. What’s going on?

This is normally fairly easy to do. This is the first time I’ve had trouble. It took two minutes of rotating my device for it to stop saying rotate your device. When it actually worked it was very sensitive to light or shadows. Had to prop the check up just right to take the pic.

I sometimes have to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone. If I forget that it's off and try to open the app, it completely locks up. The only solution is to remove the app and download it again. It's very annoying.

for me to trust my account information to my device. Because I’m not sure I’ve taken all of the encryptions to protect my information.
Then it occurred to me that occu has already done that. My password is all that stands, all that’s necessary. Though my data is of small value, it is mine. If someone wants it badly enough they will hack it. 
My question is this. Is my banking information history, in its entirety, available to me? When I started at the newspaper in 1977 I opened accounts with the Tulsa World and Tribune Federal Credit Union and the only changes have been the names and ownership of the credit union. For example: when I was laid off during the “Great Recession” of 2008 (January 2009 actually) I paid off my lands and my house. Would that record be available as a legal proof of my ownership? 
You do, by the way, have my confidence that my information is protected.

I loved the app when I started banking here 3yrs ago. Now, I find it often “unable to load application” or just generally not functioning as it should. Shame, because I live the app when it works.

I’ve been using this app for years. For some reason for the last week and a half when I log in it says I need to change my email but when I log in it won’t allow me to login and it keeps going in a circle. Never had issues in the past but this is pretty much breaking the app. I can’t do anything. I don’t have any emails about changing the app and can’t log in on a computer either.

I purchased a vehicle and this bank has picked up the note. Great rate so I went with it. Come to find out, you literally have to go to a branch to make a car payment. Not able to make payments on line. Can’t transfer money from other bank accts. Very disappointing and not very happy with this bank for this sole reason. Hope they change in the future

I’ve joined another credit union and happy that I now know what service truly is.  Was a member for almost 40 years which accounted for nothing.   Several enhanced services missing which should be offered at a credit union this size.

I have been a member of OCCU since 2010 and my experiences with them have all been just plain great.  The staff has always been cordial, professional, and very helpful.  There's no other financial institution I've experienced in over 60-some years that come close to the level of greatness that I've experienced with that of OCCU's.
