Where are the App designers!? Fire them! ### 2/5 — Still no scanning *2026-09-06* This app is barely worth the download. The scan feature is still not working. The lottery has not figured out how to scan purchased tickets. Too busy trying to scalp an extra charge, I guess. About half the time you get errors when scanning a ticket. Other times you’ll scan a ticket and THEN it will ask for login. Now, it seems they have disabled the version I have on my phone and are requiring an upgrade that doesn’t seem to be available. Also, it will say not a winner, but if you look at the game legend, the ticket was a winner. The ticket checker fails around 25% of the time. We have been going back and forth sending screenshots to the Devs, them trying to duplicate the issue. It worked fine a few years ago but it’s gotten progressively unreliable. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all for scratchers. Bloody ridiculous. And stop asking me for my biometrics every time I have to sign in, which has gotten to be every time I open the app. Seriously? Now they're requiring repeatedly logging in just to even check tickets. It's obvious that they don't read or care about these reviews. The thing is though...if the app even functioned properly, they might sell more tickets because the experience wouldn't have as many negative cognitive associations. ### 5/5 — Finally fixed!!!! *2025-09-28* New version released two days ago finally fixed the problems. Now however to use the scan feature you have to join the players club. That to has been fixed and it took about a minute to join.
