I’m getting real frustrated. ### 2/5 — No statements *2022-08-05, version 4.11.0* Unable to view statement without enrolling in email statements. I want a paper statement and be able to view statement in mobile app. ### 2/5 — Reset password every month *2021-02-22, version 4.9.1* This isn’t saving my password. I have to “ change” it every time. Please update the software. It’s functional if you’re paying within a day or two. Take down all the useless information that’s not needed!!! ### 2/5 — Only works to check bill amount; never able to pay *2018-02-27, version 2.0.2* I've had this app for several months now, and just like the ONG mobile site, I am unable to use it to pay due to an inability to scroll down and select the button to continue and enter payment info. I always reach the point of selecting debit or credit card, but am never able to access anything further. Two stars because the information it provides in the way of usage charts and bill totals is fine, but I don't see any real reason to have this when I am forced to log on to a desktop/laptop in order to pay my bill anyway. Hope to see a fix someday, but I'm not betting on it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — terrible service *2025-05-17, version 4.14.1* I have been waiting for three days for them to reconnect my service and they are just excuses, they call and one of them doesn't answer the calls and they don't even come to the house and I know it's my fault for not paying on time because I forgot, I'm busy and it can happen to anyone, but I think they should be more responsible with the service because it is needed, because they are very active when it comes to collecting money. ### 1/5 — Password says not working *2025-03-11, version 4.13.0* I put the correct one in, changed it now and logged out, says password no good again garbage service app ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-11-19, version 4.13.0* The app is terrible. Signs me out often and the password reset option doesn’t make it to my email. If we’re only allowed to use this company then the process shouldn’t be this difficult. At first it took a long time to except my info & I would play around before my info was excepted, now it’s a hot mess! There’s definitely potential here, but this app has been the same for years. It’s not a native app, just a shell of their website. This means that the user experience is not great and the company is saving money.
