We are forced to use it if you want to access OU tickets to go to games, transfer, etc. except I updated the app and now it won’t open. I lost money last week not being able to access tickets or transfer them and now the same thing is happening this week. I had already updated my IOS on my iPhone 12 to 16.0 IOS and the app was working fine, but since everything was transferred to my 14, the app has bricked. Passwords don’t work even though they are the correct ones. For the last two years I have been unable to watch videos on my iPad. I keep trying from time to time thinking that surely an update will come out that is functional, and I have reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail. I spent hours troubleshooting this to find the following: This has been a known issue for over a year and they haven’t fixed it, yet they are happy to charge people for the premium content. Fix this.
